Orders & Shipping
1. How do I place an order? Browse our website and add your desired items to the cart. When you’re ready, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your order easily.
2. Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we ship only within the United States. If you’re interested in international shipping, please reach out to us at hello@purekindliving.com.
3. How long will it take to receive my order? Shipping times vary depending on your location, the item's shipping origin, and whether personalization is required. For most orders sourced domestically, economy shipping typically takes 5–8 business days. However, some of our products are sourced from global partners, which may take longer to arrive (possibly 2-4 weeks). Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a tracking number to help you monitor your delivery timeline. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and don’t forget—orders of $49 or more qualify for FREE shipping!
4. Can I expedite shipping? We do not currently offer expedited shipping, but please stay tuned—we’ll be introducing this option soon!
5. How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to check the status of your shipment.
