Where are your products made?
All PUREKIND products are designed in-house and produced in the United States. We work with trusted production partners to ensure consistent quality and craftsmanship.
Are your products sustainable?
We prioritize thoughtful production and responsible sourcing where possible. While not every product is fully sustainable, we focus on quality materials and small-batch production to reduce excess and encourage long-term use.
How does PUREKIND price its products?
We believe in fair, transparent pricing. Our products are made in the United States and designed with a focus on quality and longevity, which is reflected in the price.

Orders & Shipping
How do I place an order?
Browse the site, add items to your cart, and follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are produced and shipped within the United States. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Can I expedite shipping?
Expedited shipping is not currently available.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If there’s an issue with your order, such as a defect or damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We review all cases individually and will work with you to resolve the issue.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@purekindliving.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. If there’s an issue with your item, we’ll work with you to find a resolution.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.
